Several roads in the Western Division closed due to flooding

Several roads in the Western Division have been closed due to flooding.

Nadi Back Road near the temple is currently flooded and it continues to rain heavily in Nadi.

 

Navo Bridge in Nadi is also flooded.

The Western Police Command Center has confirmed that the road in Lautoka towards Matawalu is also closed to all traffic.

Natabua Road to the Navutu Roundabout has also been closed.

Ba, Rakiraki, Nadi and Lautoka Towns have been closed as flood waters continues to rise.

Lawaqa Road in Sigatoka is also closed.

The Command center has also confirmed that water levels in the Semo River continues to rise. 

We have received confirmation that people in the Northern Division are currently experiencing heavy downpour, however no flood reports have been received as of yet.
