Ratu Sir Lala Sukuna
Ratu Sir Lala Sukuna was a Fijian chief, scholar, soldier, and statesman. Born in 1888, he became the first Fijian to earn a university degree and was instrumental in shaping modern Fiji through his leadership in land reforms, education, and the establishment of the Native Land Trust Board. His legacy continues to inspire generations as a symbol of service and wisdom.
