Seaqaqa Central College Head Boy urges youths to stay away from drugs

Furqaan Ali, the newly appointed Head Boy of Seaqaqa Central College, is calling on youths to stay away from drugs and focus on their education and future.

Speaking to fijivillage News, Ali shared that he feels proud and excited to be given the opportunity to lead students at the school.

Ali highlighted the growing concern of drugs among youths, saying that awareness and guidance are important in addressing the issue.

He also highlighted the dangers of glue sniffing and smoking, saying they can ruin lives and that the young generation should think about their health and future.

He says schools should have awareness programmes and open discussions where students can feel safe to ask for help.

Ali says his simple message to youths is to avoid drugs and surround themselves with positive influences.

He says that as Head Boy, he plans to lead by example and help create a safer school environment.

Looking ahead, Ali hopes to pursue a career as either an accountant or an auditor.
