Former French international Virimi Vakatawa and Inia Tabuavou were destructive for the Drua Development as they put on a dominant 48-5 win over Ba.
The former Racing 92 players were slicing through the Ba backline creating havoc and setting up tries for the Development team.
Halfback Simione Kuruvoli was calling the shots from the scrum and dictated the game well, marshalling his strong forwards led by the Rocket Joseva Tamani.
The Drua led 38-5 at halftime.
The second half began with Ba, who were still on their off-season program dominating possession, but the Development side's defence held in the boiling Ba heat.
The Drua managed to score another 10 points in the second spell to extend their lead.
Drua Development Coach, Nemani Nadolo says he was proud of his team's effort.
Nadolo says the centre combination was lethal between Vakatawa and Tabuavou, and hopefully they get game time next week.
The Drua will face the Brumbies at 3.30pm in Ba this afternoon.
