The bail application for Imran Khan who is also known as King Khan, has been refused by the Nadi Magistrates Court, and he has been further remanded in custody.
The State objected to the bail application.
Khan's charge relates to unexplained wealth.
He is charged with one count of Contravention of Restraining Orders under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
Khan is alleged to have breached a High Court Order by disposing of a vehicle, that was subject of the initial restraining order which included a $400,000 property, cash currently held at a local bank and four vehicles.
The State made an application to transfer the matter to the Suva High Court and this has been granted.
The information and disclosures are to be filed in 7 days.
The matter is transferred to the Suva High Court for mention 13th May.
Meanwhile Police earlier confirmed that the joint police and military raid conducted at four of Khan's properties in Makoi, Valelevu and Davuilevu was in search of one of the four vehicles that had been unaccounted for.
The other vehicles seized as per the High Court Order have been in Police custody, and not removed prior to the raid, as speculated in a social media post.
