Four people charged with the alleged murder of a 37-year-old construction worker in Nanuku settlement on Tuesday are expected to appear in a special court sitting in Suva Court this morning.
It is alleged that the construction worker was trying to steal a radio from their house which led to a brawl.
Later the man was again assaulted by a youth at his residence where he developed breathing complications.
Post mortem report reveals that he died of brain damage.
