High Court Judge Justice Dane Tuiqereqere says the decision is not yet ready as the court transcripts have not been completed.
Madigibuli is charged with one count of murder.
It is alleged that he murdered his pregnant wife in an apartment in Suva on the 26th of April 2024.
The matter will be called again next Thursday for judgement.
