Turagavou operates a barber shop in Lami, which serves as the cornerstone of his business due to the strong demand for its services in the area.
Having lived in Lami for the past 43 years, he has built strong relationships with local businesses, stakeholders, and the landowners of Suvavou.
Before venturing into business, Turagavou worked with the Fiji Rugby Union and the Fiji Sports Council.
His passion for sports, particularly rugby, remains strong.
In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, he is also a rugby coach for one of Suva’s prominent rugby clubs, the Marist Old Boys Rugby Team.
His business has grown in popularity over the years, particularly the barber shop, which has become well known within the Lami community.
Turagavou believes that the welfare of his employees is essential to the success of any business.
He describes his staff as the backbone of the company and ensures they are treated well, resulting in high levels of productivity and commitment.
He also credits much of his success to his wife, Elenoa Lalabalavu Turagavou, whom he describes as his pillar of strength.
Together, they manage and operate the business.
Nadrou Investment has diversified its operations, offering a range of products including baby clothing and traditional Fijian handicrafts such as masi and woven mats.
