Manchester City beats Watford to maintain unbeaten run in EPL

Manchester City has beaten Watford 3-1 in the English Premier League.

City now have 62 points after 22 games.

In other matches Tottenham beat Swansea 2-1, Crystal Palace beat Southampton 2-1 while West Ham defeated West Brom 2-1.
