Prime Minister and Minister for iTaukei Affairs Voreqe Bainimarama has announced the appointment of Isikeli Tikoduadua and Wainikiti Bogidrau as new directors to the TLTB Board of Trustees.
In making the appointments, Bainimarama says the two new appointees bring a wealth of commercial experience, strategic planning, communication and leadership to the Board that will direct TLTB in a more vibrant business environment.
Tikoduadua is a widely respected banking professional who was the founding CEO for Fiji’s only local bank – the HFC Bank.
He is currently a board member for Vodafone Fiji Limited, Fijian Holdings Limited and Tower Insurance.
He is also the Commissioner for Commerce Commission, Chairman for FHL Properties Limited and Chairman for USP MBA Advisory Committee.
Bogidrau holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Administration and a Masters of Arts in Pacific Island Studies from the University of Hawaii and a Bachelor Degree in Sociology and Population Studies/Demography from the University of the South Pacific.
She is currently a Manager Public Relations and Corporate Communications at the Fiji National Provident Fund.
