The search continues this morning for three people, including a 7-year-old child who went missing on Sunday in waters off the Covuli Reef in Saweni, Lautoka.
Police say search efforts are being conducted by the Lautoka Water Police team and the victims families.
They say the three were travelling in a fibreglass boat with two others when it capsized on Sunday night.
Police also stated that one of the victims managed to swim safely to shore, while the 66-year old boat owner's body was unfortunately found later floating near the reef.
