Rankings are a product of good preparation.

Those were the words of Fiji Water Flying Fijians head coach Simon Raiwalui during a press conference earlier this week.

Raiwalui says it feels good to be where the team is at the moment but they are going to take it one week at a time.

He says the team understands the expectations of the fans and the people of Fiji but they have one goal to work towards.

He adds they have Wales in their Rugby World Cup opener and they are preparing accordingly for it.

The Flying Fijians will take on Wales on the 11th of this month at 7am in their first RWC game.

The RWC kicks off next Saturday with hosts France taking on the All Blacks at 7.15am.
