Police confirm that they have taken a man to Raiwaqa Police Station for questioning after claims that he tried to inject a woman with a needle in front of a supermarket in Laucala Bay, Suva on Tuesday afternoon.
The woman has put up a post with a photo of the man walking in the carpark.
She said fortunately, she was unharmed as she moved when he tried to inject her.
The woman confirms she called the Police but was not sure what they will do.
She later said that Police confirmed he has a mental problem and they will talk to him.
We are currently in the process of speaking to the authorities on what is being done to deal with the mentally challenged people on our streets.
