Nadi edge Suva 20-19 in Skipper Cup semi

Nadi will host the Skipper Cup final after their dramatic 20-19 win over Suva in front of a vocal crowd at Prince Charles Park.

Veteran forward Maikeli Sivo scored Nadi’s winning try in the 78th minute before Fijian Drua utility back Kitione Taliga kicked the conversion to seal the win.

The last time Nadi featured in the Skipper Cup final was in 2009.

Nadi will now await the winner of the Naitasiri and Nadroga semifinal which will be played at 3pm today.
