Police 7’s team vice captain Livai Ikanikoda is confident his team will deliver at the upcoming McDonald’s Coral Coast 7s despite the limited training time they have.
Police are going into this tournament as the defending champion.
Ikanikoda says they have been busy with operations for the past few weeks before and after the elections and they just started training last week.
He says, even though they are trying to catch up with their fitness, the team is fully focused on executing their game plan right at the tournament next week.
The Coral Coast 7s will be played from next Thursday to Saturday at Lawaqa Park.
