The investigation file into the alleged claims of questioning the legality of the COVID-19 vaccination by a lecturer is with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for independent legal advice.
Acting Police Commissioner, Rusiate Tudravu says the Criminal Investigation Department has completed its investigation and the file was sent this afternoon.
Police will issue further comments when the file is returned.
