Fijiana XVs remain unbeaten after defeating Tonga 45-12

The Vodafone Fijiana XVs side recorded their second win in the Oceania Women’s Championship after beating Tonga 45-12 last night.

The Fijiana side scored three converted tries in the first spell as they headed into halftime with a comfortable 21-7 lead.

Fiji scored a further three tries and a penalty kick at goal with Tonga replying with only one unconverted try.

They will now take on Manusina Samoa this Sunday in their final game to determine the winner of the tournament.

In another match last night, Manusina Samoa demolished the PNG Women 83-0.
