Fijian Drua moves up into 8th place after win over Hurricanes

The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua has moved up into 8th place in the Super Rugby Pacific points table after their emphatic 27-24 win over the Hurricanes yesterday.

The Drua now has 17 points and will be looking to win their remaining games to book a place in the quarter finals.

They now have four more games to decide their fate in this season’s competition.

Meanwhile, the Chiefs still hold a commanding lead at the top of the table with 45 points followed by the Blues in second place with 34 points ahead of the Crusaders who have moved up to third place with 33 points.

The Hurricanes and the Brumbies are in fourth and fifth place respectively with 32 points each followed by the Waratahs who are in sixth place with 21 points ahead of the Reds who are in 7th place with 19 points.
