Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard were replaced in the second half of Belgium's 1-0 win over Portugal in the round of 16 of the European Championship this morning.
De Bruyne asked to be substituted because of an injury.
Belgium's injury issues then worsened minutes from full-time when Hazard was taken off with an apparent hamstring injury.
Belgium will now play Italy in the quarterfinal on Saturday.
Czech Republic has also qualified for the quarterfinal after beating Netherlands 2-0 this morning.
In tomorrow’s matches, Spain plays Croatia at 4am while France takes on Switzerland at 7am.
