The England 7s team is looking at making some upsets in their pool games during the Commonwealth 7s this weekend.
They are pooled with defending champions New Zealand, Sri Lanka and Samoa.
Coach Simon Amor has also named Api Bavadra in his team who has links to Fiji.
England won silver in 2006 and a bronze in 2018. Meanwhile a total of 54 countries and 18 territories will be competing at this year’s Commonwealth Games.
The Fiji men’s 7s team will play Zambia at 12.02am Saturday in their first pool match.
