Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua Women’s flanker Nunia Daunimoala is psyched up and ready to face the NSW Waratahs this weekend in the Super Rugby Women’s grand final.

Speaking from the team’s hotel in Brisbane, Daunimoala says preparation is going well for them and they are all excited for this final game of the season.

She says they have worked on the areas that they felt they needed to improve on and they are confident of a positive result this weekend.

The flanker says the team is adamant they can defend the title again this year knowing they have strong support coming from their families, friends and fans at home and also in Queensland.

Daunimoala says the bond that they share as well in the team is really strong and they believe in each other that they can turn the tables around this time against the Waratahs.

The Drua Women will take on the Waratahs at 4pm this Sunday in Brisbane.

Meanwhile, the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua will take on Moana Pasifika at 2.05pm tomorrow at Churchill Park Lautoka in round 10 of the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific competition.

The Crusaders play the Rebels at 7.05 tonight while the Waratahs take on the Chiefs at 9.35pm.

The Brumbies play the Hurricanes at 4.35pm tomorrow, the Highlanders take on the Force at 7.05pm while the Reds play the Blues at 9.35pm tomorrow.
