Digicel Fiji today launched their Damodar City Experience store, featuring Fiji’s first 5G gaming experience centre.

The gaming experience centre at the Damodar City store offers an interactive and engaging space for customers to explore the true potential of 5G.

Digicel Pacific Regional CEO Shally Jannif says the launch of the Damodar City Experience store represents Digicel Fiji’s ongoing commitment to providing Fijians with advanced technology and an exceptional network experience.

She says after a very rigorous testing process, they are proud to now start rolling out their 5G sites in the Suva City areas.

Jannif says they are also excited to continue the journey they started back in May where they were the first Telco provider that started to do 5G testing in Fiji and they are also proud of that.

She says with all the sites being rolled out and they are still in their testing place, they are excited about this 5G Experience Centre launching.

She adds the 5G Experience Centre is where Digicel customers, can come in and enjoy what 5G has to offer.

Jannif says 5G is not only about gaming but is also about better downloads and streaming.

She says they have also invested significantly in their core network to ensure that their customers are not only getting a great user experience but also having their data safe and secure.

Jannif also acknowledged the support that has been provided by the Minister of Communications Manoa Kamikamica in ensuring that Fijians get better access to the best technologies.

She says Digicel is committed to aligning its visions with that of the Ministry of Telecommunications.

The Damodar City Experience store not only elevates the customer experience but also raises awareness of the significant benefits 5G offers the people of Fiji. From seamless streaming to lightning-fast downloads and enhanced mobile connectivity, 5G will unlock a world of possibilities for our customers and businesses.
