$200,000 needed to fix Garvey Park stadium
A total of $200,000 is the estimated damage to fix the roof and some seats of Garvey Park Stadium in Tavua that was blown away by Tropical Cyclone Evan.

CEO Tavua Town Council Tulsi Ram said the Council is expected to make assessments later this week but right now the Tavua people want to know when power supply will be restored.

Ram said at the moment the villagers and council workers are assisting in cleaning up the debris in town.
