Man rushed to hospital after accident

A passenger has been rushed to the hospital after an accident involving two vehicles at Veisari, Lami, in the last hour.

According to police at the scene, a vehicle which was traveling from Suva to Nadi allegedly overtook another vehicle and hit an oncoming vehicle.

The other vehicle traveling towards Suva tumbled and landed on the side of the road.

Police are questioning both drivers at the scene.
