Naulusala says climate change has had a major impact on his life and the lives of families in Fiji

14-year-old Climate Advocate, Timoci Naulusala says climate change has had a major impact on his life and the lives of children and families in Fiji.

Naulasala says climate change affects us all and we need everyone to understand that we need to work as a team before its too late.

Naulusala who is from Naivicula, Tailevu co-chaired the Inter‑Generational Town Hall sessions at the UN Youth Climate Summit in New York, alongside Deputy Secretary‑General of the United Nations Amina Jane Mohammed, Marshall Islands President Hilda Heine, and other world leaders.

He shared the devastation that Cyclone Winston caused in 2016 adding it was the loudest thing he had heard and was afraid and after the storm passed, they found houses were blown away, farms destroyed and crops washed away.
