Swire Shipping Fijian Drua Coach Mick Byrne says Frank Lomani’s injury is not serious and he will be fine to play against the Brumbies next week.

Byrne says it was just a bruised knee and he would have played last Saturday if the injury happened on Tuesday but unfortunately, it happened on Thursday.

Byrne adds Lomani would have wanted to play against his former team but it was a matured decision by him to ask the coaches for him to be omitted from the match day 23.

Lomani was a last minute change to the line up that faced the Rebels last week.

The Fijian Drua is on a bye this week and will face Brumbies next Friday at 9.35pm.
