The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua are back at training as they turn their focus to this week’s Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific round 8 clash against the Brumbies.

Head Coach Mick Byrne says the boys have taken their much-needed break and they are coming off well from the bye week and also from their Easter break.

He says they have got some big games coming up and the players are being tracked on their performance at training.

Byrne adds they are keeping track of the players who are maintaining a good record at training and those players that are struggling to keep up to par with their fitness level which is an indication of fatigue and they will make sure they look at those players and give them a break so that no further players are injured for the remaining games of the season.

He says at the moment, captain Meli Derenalagi is only suffering a cramp and no serious injury which maybe is just a sign of fatigue.

The Fijian Drua will play the Brumbies at 9.35pm Friday.

In other matches this week, Moana Pasifika will play the Reds at 4.05pm Friday, the Hurricanes take on the Chiefs at 7.05pm Saturday, and the Waratahs play the Western Force at 9.35pm Saturday.
