Are you interested in getting into a fitness challenge?

Fiji’s Zumba Queen, Litiana Miller has announced that she will launch a 30-day fitness challenge this Saturday through her Vodafone SMS subscription channel.

Miller says this challenge is not only to help in combatting NCDs, but it is important to also enhance mental health during these trying times.

She says those part of this challenge will also get a chance to win prizes like smart watches, data, free talk-time and zumba passes.

Miller says subscribers will have to follow fitness routines from text messages each day over the 30-day fitness challenge.

She adds this will suit a lot of people as they will not need expensive equipment or the gym to participate because they will only have to follow the fitness routine from the comfort of their homes.

Miller further says people will need to do at least a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity a day throughout this 30-day challenge.
