A woman in her 20s passed away following an accident at a resort in Taveuni yesterday.
The woman was riding an electric cart with three others when the driver allegedly lost control, causing it to tumble down a slope.
She was trapped underneath the cart.
The driver was evacuated to the Nausori Health Centre where he remains admitted.
The two other passengers were treated and sent home.
