Fiji-born lock forward Serupepeli Uru

Fiji-born lock forward Serupepeli Uru will be making his return from injury this weekend for the Reds off the bench when they take on the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua in round 13 of the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific competition at the HFC Bank Stadium, while prop Peni Ravai and winger Suliasi Vunivalu retain their spots in the starting line up.

Uru was sidelined for a month after he injured his thumb against Moana Pasifika in round 8 of the competition and had to undergo surgery.

The former Ratu Kadavu Levu School lock forward will now make his return and no better place to do it than in his homeland in front of his family and friends.

The Reds are looking to spoil the party for the Drua this weekend and will be looking to take revenge after their 41-17 loss to the home side last year at the same venue.

The Drua on the other hand will be leaving everything on the field knowing they need to win this weekend to keep the hopes of making the playoffs alive.

The Drua will take on the Reds at 2.05pm Saturday.

In other matches this week, the Hurricanes will take on Moana Pasifika at 7.05pm tomorrow, the Rebels will host the Chiefs at 9.35pm tomorrow, the Brumbies will play the Crusaders at 4.35pm Saturday, the Blues will battle the Highlanders at 7.05pm Saturday and the Force will host the Waratahs at 9.35pm Saturday.
