The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua were comprehensively beaten 50-17 by the Chiefs in the Shop N Save Super Rugby last night.

Drua’s tries were scored by Elia Canakaivata, Michael Naitokani and Ilaisa Droasese.

Conditions were awful after hours of heavy rain in Hamilton, but the Chiefs banked the bonus-point win to extend their lead on top of Super Rugby Pacific and remain unbeaten.

The Drua will return home next week and face the Blues in Lautoka.
