Prime Minister, Voreqe Bainimarama toured a number of schools in Northern Division today and students were also provided with relief supplies.

Bainimarama visited Bua Central College, Dama District School, Coboi Sanatan Dharm Kalika Memorial School, Waibunabuna Primary School, Nasarawaqa Primary School, Lekutu Primary School and Muanidevo Sanatan Dharm Primary School.

Relief supplies were also provided to 11 hostel students in Waibunabuna Primary School.

Nasarawaqa Primary School Treasurer, Alfred Kenneth Williams says he is thankful to the Fijian government for the support.

He says it makes him really happy to have the Prime Minister visit them and see the progress of rehabilitation works after the destruction caused by the recent cyclones.

The head teacher of Lekutu Primary School, Maciu Kaulotukiono says the assistance will help the students focus more on their studies.
