Storm maintains their lead on the NRL points table after round 16

The Melbourne Storm has maintained their lead at the top of the NRL points table with 26 points after round 16 concluded yesterday.

The Storm recorded their 11th win of the season on Friday after beating the Dolphins 30-24 in a tightly contested match.

The Panthers, despite going on a bye in the recent round, maintain their position in second place and the Cronulla Sharks in third place with both teams locked at 24 points.

Meanwhile, in other matches played in round 16, the Titans walloped the Warriors 66-6, the Roosters defeated the Bulldogs 26-8, the Rabbitohs overcame the Sea Eagles 14-0 and the West Tigers thumped the Raiders 48-24.
