There has been a serious accident involving a taxi and a private vehicle at the intersection between Wainivula Road and Kings Highway.
The accident happened at the Caubati Road end of Wainivula Road.

It happened at around 5 o’clock this afternoon.
The circumstances surrounding the incident is unknown at this stage.
We are yet to receive official details about the condition of the passengers and drivers in both vehicles from the authorities.
Police are still at the scene.
A large number of people had responded to the accident and helped move one of the passengers from the private vehicle.
