The second suspect, alleged to be involved in an aggravated robbery case involving a taxi driver in September this year by the Police Southern Division Task Force.
The incident was captured on video and shared widely on social media, with claims made that there had been no action taken since the matter was reported.
Police say the first suspect, a resident of Tamavua-i-wai, was arrested, charged and remanded at the Korovou Remand Centre.
They say the second suspect was arrested this morning in Delainavesi, and remains in custody at the Samabula Police Station as investigations continue.
