The 15th Fiji Bitter Savusavu 7s organisers have announced that they will be including the Futsal Soccer competition in the tournament this year with an addition to rugby 7s, netball and volleyball competitions.

Tournament organiser Malakai Yamaivava revealed that this will be a boost to the tournament having a new sport added to their list.

Yamaivava says the tournament has grown over the years and has produced some of the current and former national reps in different sports.

He says preparations for the tournament this year are well underway by the Gaunavou Rugby Club who are the hosts and hopes are high that it will be another successful event just like every other year.

Yamaivava says registrations are now also open for teams that want to participate in this tournament.

The Savusavu 7s will be held from 14th - 16th December.
