A report by the Internal Affairs Department will be handed over to the Acting Police Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu about the incident where a Police vehicle slammed into a parked vehicle along Joske Street in Suva last Friday.
Investigations are continuing to establish what caused the vehicle or the driver to fail to turn and avoid the crash along the empty street.
The video of the accident is being widely shared online.
The police officer who sustained injuries in the crash is now recovering.
