Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka has urged the people of Macuata to continue the good upbringing of youths, saying they are becoming strong pillars in government and other sectors they serve in.

While opening the Macuata Provincial Council meeting at Nabouono Village in Udu District, Rabuka said people should continue to follow the law to reduce the burden on Police officers.

He also reminded those present to manage any assistance they receive from the government wisely so that communities can prosper.

Rabuka highlighted that the government has carried out many development projects such as road improvements, rural electrification and better connectivity to ensure no one is left behind.

He also encouraged district representatives to use their meeting time wisely and focus on finding solutions that will help improve people’s lives.
