Qereqeretabua appointed as Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs

Deputy Speaker of the House and Assistant Minister for Housing and Local Government Lenora Qereqeretabua is now the Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs [Image: National Federation Party]

Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka has made a minor reshuffle of Cabinet and Deputy Speaker of the House and Assistant Minister for Housing and Local Government Lenora Qereqeretabua is now the Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs.

Rabuka says this is to strengthen governance and enhance Cabinet’s performance.

The Prime Minister adds he is confident that this portfolio adjustment will ensure that there is renewed focus on the work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
