It's been a month since the daring robberies that took place in Nadi and Ba, and Police have identified the driver and two other suspects that were involved.

Divisional Police Commander West, Senior Superintendent of Police Iakobo Vaisewa confirmed to fijivillage News that the driver was arrested and released after questioning.

SSP Vaisewa says the team is pursuing leads for the other two suspects involved in the robberies so that they can join the dots.

He says if people try to obstruct the investigation, they can be taken to task.

A video circulated on social media showed the three men storming into Total Energies Service Station in Nadi Town on the 8th of August.

It showed a man getting out of a private vehicle with a knife in his hand, jumping over the counter to scare the cashier and fleeing the scene with cash.

Meanwhile, another man was seen at the entrance trying to stop the employee from closing the door.

It is also alleged that the same group also robbed a mini-mart in Martintar, Nadi and a house in Ba.

SSP Vaisewa says further investigations continue.
