Police have questioned and released the woman who was in custody for the Sakoca Settlement fire

The woman who was in Police custody in relation to the fire in Sakoca Settlement on Sunday has been questioned and released.

Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says the woman was questioned and released yesterday.

She says they are awaiting the report from the National Fire Authority.

Naisoro says they have yet to charge the woman and classify the case.

Meanwhile, a preliminary investigation conducted by NFA has revealed that the incident is a suspected case of arson.
