PM to announce easing of COVID restrictions at 4pm today as 80% of adults in Fiji are fully vaccinated

Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has confirmed that 80% of adults in Fiji are fully vaccinated a full three weeks ahead of schedule.

He has tweeted that he is grateful to everyone who's rolled up their sleeves to help make Fiji safe.

Bainimarama confirms that at 4pm today on Fiji Day, he will announce the easing of COVID restrictions at home and their plan to re-open Fiji to the world.
