No one has been charged yet in relation to the groups of boys smoking marijuana and gambling in Cunningham Old Road however, Police assure residents that mobile patrolling is being conducted.

Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro has given this assurance after residents from Cunningham Old Road raised concerns regarding groups of boys gambling, smoking marijuana, and influencing children to smoke with them daily including young girls.

The resident says when they try to stop them from doing such things, they are sworn at and stones are thrown at their house and cars which makes their everyday living difficult.

Naisoro says a team from the Southern Division Community Policing upon receiving the information, has visited Cunningham stage 1 to 4 and has assured them of mobile patrolling.
