No new cases of COVID-19 recorded overnight - Dr. Waqainabete

Health Minister Doctor Ifereimi Waqainabete says there were no new cases of COVID-19 recorded overnight and Fiji still has only two confirmed cases.

There is 2 confirmed COVID 19 cases in Fiji and both isolated. No new cases overnight and all tested were negative. pic.twitter.com/sVxCD0RAys

Dr. Waqainabete says all tests done have returned negative.

The Health Minister says both the confirmed patients for COVID-19 are isolated.

The first confirmed case is a flight attendant from Lautoka while the second confirmed patient is the mother of the flight attendant.
