Navosa flyer, Mosese Naura is not shying away from the task at hand and is blending in well, with the current players, and that speaks volume of the team work at camp.

This has been highlighted by Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s Head Coach Osea Kolinisau as the team prepares to maintain their lead at the top of the table in Vancouver.

Fiji, Argentina and Spain are all at the top of the HSBC SVNS points table with 48 points each.

21-year-old Naura was scouted by Kolinisau while playing for the Seattle Barbarians in the McDonald’s Fiji Coral Coast 7s earlier this year.

The Navatusila, Navosa man outpaced Swire Shipping Fijian Drua winger Taniela Rakuro in the tournament when the Barbarians took on the Drua which caught the attention of the national selectors.

Kolinisau who recently lost his father last week will want to win the tournament for him.

The Vancouver 7s will be held this Saturday to Monday.

Fiji will take on Uruguay at 7.18am this Saturday in their first pool match; they will then take on the USA at 12.45pm on the same day before playing Spain at 6.52am Sunday in their last pool match.

The men’s cup quarter-finals will kick off at 12.51pm Sunday, the cup semi-finals will begin at 8.30am Monday, and the Cup Final will kick off at 1.05pm Monday.

Meanwhile, the Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s will take on Japan at 10am Saturday in their first pool match; they will then play France at 3.52pm on the same day before playing Great Britain at 9.18am Sunday in their last pool match.

The women’s cup quarter-finals will kick off at 3.32pm Sunday, the semi-finals will begin at 9.14am Monday, and the cup final will kick off at 1.41pm.
