Nasinu to face Lomary Secondary in Raluve Southern Zone U18 final

A new Weet-bix Raluve U18 Southern Zone champion will be crowned next week after defending champion, MGM High School lost to Nasinu Secondary School 12-10 in the semi final today.

MGM High was the favourites to take home the title but the determination of the Nasinu side gave them the edge in the game.

Nasinu led 7-5 at half time.

Meanwhile, Lomary Secondary School beat Naitasiri Secondary School 14-10 to book their spot in the finals next week.

Lomary will meet Nasinu in the Southern Zone U18 Raluve final.

In the U16 grade, Nasinu thrashed Rampur College 31-0 and Naitasiri Secondary School edged Lomaivuna High School 10-5.

The Southern Zone competition continues at Bidesi, Buckhurst Ground and at Suva Grammar Ground.
