Supervisor of Elections, Mohammed Saneem

The National Federation Party must reveal their source regarding their unfounded claim regarding FijiFirst General Secretary, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum seen at Star Printery in the early hours of December 1st, and if they cannot reveal their source about this disinformation then they are not credible.

Supervisor of Elections, Mohammed Saneem has made these comments and says he is taking action as he speaks and the NFP needs to answer for this.

He says you cannot go around and play with the electoral process simply by writing a letter and immediately publishing it, knowing that the letter contains disinformation of the highest degree.

The Supervisor says if they do not do this today, 3 days from today there will be more concocted stories, and who is going to come out and beat that.

We contacted National Federation Party Leader, Professor Biman Prasad and he has referred everything to NFP’s Registered Officer, Dalip Kumar who had written the letter to the Supervisor.

We have sent questions to Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum. He is yet to respond.
