Mindpearl to also celebrate 15th anniversary at Awards Night this Saturday

There will be a lot to celebrate at the Mindpearl Awards Night this Saturday as they are not only celebrating the achievements of their employees but the 25th year of the Mindpearl company and also 15th anniversary of Mindpearl Fiji.

Mindpearl Human Resources Manager, Sanjesh Nandan says the company has grown so much from when it started 15 years ago with 1 client and 25 employees.

Nandan says they now have more than 10 clients and over 1,100 employees.

He says there are 15 categories like Customer Service Agent of the Year, Team Leader of the Year, Manager of the Year, Sports Woman and Sports Man of the Year, with the overall winner getting Employee of the Year as well as some special recognition awards.

The Manager says this is the company's commitment to valuing the handwork and dedication of their employees and it also further motivates them to be more enthusiastic about coming to work, performing better and getting rewards.

Nandan says apart from monetary rewards and trophies, there is the special awards for best dressed as well as for those that have had perfect attendance throughout the year.

The Mindpearl Awards Night starts at 5pm this Saturday at the Vodafone Arena.
