Mindpearl General Manager Erik Van Duivenbode

About 1,300 staff are expected to be present at the Mindpearl Fiji Awards Night tomorrow, which is returning after a lapse of 3 years.

There will be 15 different categories of awards up for grabs and some special awards.

Mindpearl General Manager Erik Van Duivenbode says this is the biggest and most looked forward event for them.

He says the awards night is to highlight some of their employees that go above and beyond for their service and to show appreciation to the staff.

The General Manager says this will give the staff a chance to enjoy, dance and have fun.

He adds normally some of the award categories include the Team Leader and Agent of the Year but because the last 3 years were not normal therefore the awards are not normal as well.

The General Manager says to cope with the challenges of COVID-19, there were less working hours as most staff were working from home, however, the company is doing very well right now.

The Mindpearl Awards Night will be held at the Vodafone Arena in Suva tomorrow.
