Only time will tell if the Vodafone Super Deans trophy will go to Flagstaff or Nasese when the dust settles at Churchill Park this weekend.

For the first time in history, Suva Grammar School will be facing their rival Marist Brothers High School as they both fought their way into the final by going through some tournament favourites including teams from the Eastern and Western zones.

Marist are coming into this match with nothing to lose with their status changed from underdogs to the favourite to win this year.

Marist team manager Peniana Kuboutawa says they have faced a lot of challenges this year but have drawn their strength from the wide support network they have.

However Grammar, being the top team from the Southern Zone are faced with a huge blow this week and will be missing three key players.

Grammar team manager Bulouvola Wainiqolo says they have players to cover the missing three and will not underestimate Marist.

The Under 18 Deans final between Grammar and Marist will kick off at 5.40pm tomorrow.
